My Work Experience
Holistic Large Scale Network Design
I have spent most of career in the financial sector designing, implementing and operating critical network infrastructure.
This could range from data centre design for a stock exchange, campus network design for a bank or a low latency network design for an inter dealer broker.
I often work on professional engagements that allow me to design greenfield solutions from first principles and business requirements. I also work on large scale network transformation programmes that span many years.
More recently I have moved into the AI infrastructure sector where I work in deploying and maintaining networks that power GPU based workloads.
Multi Vendor
I advise clients and choose the best network devices and platforms to achieve the desired technical outcome as an impartial network expert partner. This means I have skills across many diverse network vendors and I am not fixated on a single vendors technology offering.
